This piece of work was undertaken for Neil Osman's the feature film, ' Dark Side of the Earth' which is in the making. We had to reproduce a miniature 1:5 scale model of a 2 metre tall wooden puppet. As perfect likeness was required, great attention to detail was maintained through out. A wide variety of materials and techniques were used to achieve the structural surface detail and the mechanical movements of the various puppet parts.
